This money has gone towards repairs that were needed to be made to their home so it can be put up for sale or rented out. Here are a few pictures showing the progress. Thank you, again! I’m writing this update and request on behalf of Ian Phelps’ daughter, Cadence. It’s hard to believe Ian has been gone for 6 months. Many people asked what they could do to help when he died, and the family just didn’t know at that time. Now they need our help! Ian’s final expenses and medical bills have all been paid, leaving his savings depleted. His primary asset, his home, requires significant repairs which the family has been paying for and working on to complete. The expenses have now exceeded what they can continue to absorb. Cadence is currently living with her mom, who is battling cancer, and with Brian and Stacy. With Cadence’s future security in mind, we are reaching out for your assistance to finish the home repairs and establish a college fund for her. The home is in probate until she graduates from high school in two years. Once the repairs are complete, the home will be rented to cover the mortgage until she graduates. All donations will be used exclusively for home repairs with any extra going directly into a college trust fund. Thank you in advance for helping to secure Cadence's future.
