Hi! Thank you for visiting! I hope you will consider donating to this cause. I would like to raise money for one of my staff members, Jermaine. Jermaine's 16-month daughter, Madyson, was just diagnosed with a serious illness that requires a month of procedures and hospitalization. Although it is serious, the doctors say it was detected very early and is completely treatable! I am his scheduling manager and I would love to offer him the next month off from work while she is hospitalized, but it isn't financially feasible without our donations. A little about Madyson: She's a beautiful, vibrant little girl who also has special needs. She is a total fighter! She's learning to crawl and loves Elmo. Jermaine is one of my best friends and it is very difficult for me to see him worry about Madyson. He is a truly wonderful guy. I can't do much to help him, but I hope that our donations will allow him to spend time with Madyson without thinking about the financial burden of taking time from work. Any donations will go towards monthly expenses for Jermaine and his family while Madyson is in the hospital. Madyson is lucky to have excellent medical coverage, but any extra funds will go toward any medical expenses they may encounter while she is in treatment. One last note: Jermaine and his family don't know that I created this page for them (which is why the details of her illness are rather vague).
