My father Otis Woodard past away this Valentine's Day 2015 of cancer. He was the founder of a Non-Profit church funded organization called Lutheran Outreach. It helped many homeless and unfortunate people and at one point was second largest in St. Louis next to Larry Rice. Since his passing over the last year my family and I have continued with his mission and there have litterally been around a thousand people directly affected by this. We are trying to expand this great mission all over the Greater St. Louis area but we need your help.
