Hi, my name is Shirlene and I am raising funds to help my younger sister fight ovarian cancer. Pam is 50 years old and has a husband and two daughters. Early June of this year, my sister informed me we had to cancel a girls' trip due to possible cancer. After blood work, scans, and surgery in a one-month span, Pam was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. It was an extensive surgery! Pam and her family's world were turned upside down in a split moment. Ovarian cancer is a rare cancer and one of the more difficult cancers to beat. Pam begins her path back to health soon and anyone who has been through cancer treatment knows the financial demands of it.
