After an initial year filled with learning, growth, and joy, we paused in 2024 to refine our model and menu. We wanted to ensure that we provided our customers with not just good, but exceptional food that embodied our values and culinary vision. This hiatus was not a setback but a strategic step forward, refining our approach to deliver better than ever. Although we are a pop-up food business, we have big dreams. Dreams of owning a food truck that will allow us to expand our menu and elevate our public presence. Dreams of transforming our limited catering service into a fully capable on-site culinary experience. These dreams fuel us, motivate us, and constantly push us to do better. Our journey began by serving at community events, connecting with people over shared meals, and gathering feedback to improve our offerings. Every interaction, every review, and every comment has been instrumental in shaping who we are today. The support from our customers and the community has been overwhelming and keeps us moving forward. From town festivals to breweries, from raceways to farmers markets, we have popped up in over 20 locations, meeting incredible people and sharing our food.
