Last night, while taking the train home, our friend was viciously slashed across the face with a box cutter when a mugger stopped him on the train to take his phone, barely missing his eye. Bleeding out with a gash from his nose to his ear, he made it alone to the hospital. Now he needs any help he can get with funds for hospital bills and the surgeries he now has to get, knowing that he won't be able to work for a while. David is the nicest person any of us know. Always ready to lend a hand without ever asking for anything in return. Always there when someone needs him. He's a fighter and a hard worker, and we feel so blessed that he is still here with us. He has the best heart, and is so loved by his friends and family. Everyone who meets him knows how special he is. We’re asking for enough money to get David back on his feet and cover at least some of the medical bills knowing he will need a good plastic surgeon.
