My name is Allison, I wouldn’t usually want to put my personal business out there for the world to see but I thought this could be a way to help my family. My mother has been dealing with pancreatitis for over month and has been in the worst pain of her life. They were unable to figure out the reason as to why it happened or why her pain was not going away after multiple trips to the hospital. Tuesday they finally found the cause which was a stone in her duct, so they did emergency surgery to take it out. While the doctor was in there they noticed something funny on her pancreas and did a biopsy on it. The surgery was done and on Wednesday she was feeling immensely better and things were looking up for her. Thursday she got the worst news, that what they did a biopsy on was actually pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst cancers you can have. My dad has been in complete distress about this news and even before when it was simply pancreatitis. This news has been devastating to my family. Today we found out it may already be up by her lungs. She’s getting a PET scan next week and more biopsy’s done and then will start chemotherapy. Really I’m in search of money so I can give it to my parents to help financially with bills and such. My dad has been working less trying to take care of my mom, and my mom has been out of work for over a month. My mom is beyond loved, her and my father have been married for 28 years. She has two daughters and 5 grandchildren who call her nana. She is the rock to the family. Anything is appreciated and even a share could help us. Thank you to all.
