Hi, My name is Tyler, and on 15th May 2024, my amazing little nephew Zakariah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL). He was just 6 months old, and other than a lump on his head was a normal well-baby who showed no signs that his little body was already battling with this horrible disease! I have decided to run this landmark marathon with my brother ( Zakariahs dad) to raise money for the hospital where Zakariah is having his treatment. Since his diagnosis, Zak has had a 4-week stay in the hospital to have his induction phase of treatment and is now being treated as an outpatient, returning to GOSH every 4 days to have his Blina treatment. His treatment is also shared with St Georges in Tooting, who are AMAZING! As a family, we were devastated at Zak's diagnosis, but seeing how quickly these hospitals got to work with his treatment and how well Zak is responding, has us all feeling nothing but positivity for Zak's recovery. I know that everyone is feeling the pinch financially right now, but please give what you can, even if it is £1, every single penny counts. Thank you in advance for your support.
