Dear friend, I'm a 28-year-old woman on the road to recovery from life with Anxiety, Depression & PTSD. It's a constant battle.. the critical voices in my head, the self-harm urges, the suicidal thoughts... It's difficult to live in the constant darkness and hopelessness. But I'm trying to change that... I want to heal and do better - for myself, and my family. I am a single mom to a beautiful child who deserves to have a healthy mother who's fully present and there for him. I want to feel like life is worth living. I want to stop surviving and start thriving. I want to be the best possible version of myself! I recently graduated from Arbor Intensives, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where I spent almost a year processing my traumas and overwhelming emotions. I learned how to use healthy coping mechanisms, I'm slowly discovering my voice and am starting to find sparks of hope. Perhaps I am worth the fight... I'm making lots of progress, and it is imperative that I continue individual treatment with a competent therapist and psychiatrist. I am still paying up the bills for my time in Arbor while simultaneously trying to provide for my family and pay for my current expenses. Unfortunately, I can't afford to continue my treatment, and need your help. Please help me on my journey to health. Any amount makes a difference! Thank you! She has taken her time at Arbor seriously and has grown tremendously during her time here. The team is happy with her progress and feels that she is ready to move on to individual treatment to truly reach her goals; however, she is having trouble affording therapy and cannot come up with the funds necessary in order to continue. Please donate to this cause to help Chava continue the important healing work she is doing for herself and her family. Any amount helps!
