This young individual suffered severe fractures from a motorcycle accident, resulting in significant neuronal injuries in the upper right arm, leading to atrophy and loss of movement, as well as a mid-shaft, comminuted, mildly displaced, and oblique right femoral fracture (as seen below on the X-ray of his right leg). Unfortunately, due to limited resources and financial constraints, the necessary evaluation(s) and surgery(ies) are beyond their reach.
