Money for Marsha - LFEBridge Foundation

Please, Please help! This photo was taken on March 2, 2024, at the Atrium Health Hospital in Charlotte, NC. I'm Ellen, a friend and former co-worker with Marsha Tarlton at the Burger King Restaurant in Fort Mill, SC. We were both promoted to the rank of Team Leader during our time there and were known to our customers as "the Golden Girls." Marsha always claims that she's the unfiltered one and I'm refined! By the way, Burger King has NOT reached out to Marsha in any way regarding her well-being, neither management nor current co-workers! I personally think that STINKS Big Time! If Burger King claims they care, there's your WHOPPER for you! We were not even advised when both of our employments were terminated after not putting us on the schedule to work. Starting Mid-July in 2024, Marsha has had escalating medical problems with kidney failure, infections, and early-detected cancer. We were told that three infusions of chemotherapy drugs would likely take care of it, but they'd schedule a follow-up several months after completing the course. She'd been through two of them before more infections sent her back to the hospital in November and again in February of this year. After Marsha was rushed to the emergency room at Piedmont Medical Center Hospital in Fort Mill, she was transferred to the care of a Cancer Specialist in one of the best hospitals in Charlotte. We have now learned that Marsha's cancer is very advanced and inoperable. They are suggesting making "quality of life" choices and "palliative care". Drew, Marsha's husband, is not able to work and does not qualify for assistance at this time through disability. God is absolutely answering our prayers in showing us more fully what we are dealing with for Marsha, as well as what He has allowed us to learn medically to deal with these kinds of devastating diseases.
