This is Miriam and If you have been lucky enough to have crossed paths with this amazingly kind, generous, courageous, selfless beautiful soul; you'd agree she is one in a million. Miriam has always been the first one to lend a helping hand and give her full love to everybody that she meets .She is the type to help her community, neighbor, family, friends strangers and just anybody who is in need. Miriam is a amazing mother to two beautiful children her son and daughter who are the light of her life ,her amazing partner father to her daughter as well as her extended family which is basically anyone lucky enough to know her. From the first time I met this girl she has always shown kindness, always with a smile no matter what. So outgoing, independent,hard working,creative, supportive,understanding and willing to jump in for anyone. But recently Miriam has been struck with a severe illness. Miriam has struggled with health issues for the past few years, she has a list of health problems from fibromyalgia to rheumatoid arthritis & a few different autoimmune disorders. Her biggest health issues though are neurological, seizures & POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) Which has been the scariest thing to see her go through. This illness includes light headedness, fainting, rapid heart beat nausea, anxiety, blurry vision and is brought on by the simplest tasks Miriam has had to change jobs due to her health & can barely work anymore.When I met Miriam, she was vibrant, a hard worker & full of energy. Even though she keeps her positive mindset, I’ve watched her deteriorating over the last few years and it breaks my heart to see this girl that's once couldn't sit still; to now having trouble with just basic everyday tasks. Her beautiful young daughter also shares some of her mother's health issues so by helping Miriam this will also be helpful to doctors in understand more and help control certain things that have been passed on through genetics. These donations We are asking for funds Miriam's medical test/care and travel that is not covered under her health insurance. These tests can pave the way for alternative treatment & a road to better health. A way to find answers to how we can get her back to being able to do the things she once used to do. To be able to do basic daily tasks we all take for granted.
