Dear family and friends of Mike,On behalf of the Juarez family we would like to thank you for all of the prayers, love , support and sympathy since our beloved husband, father and friend passed away unexpectedly Monday evening. Mike's death has not only been an emotional challenge for his family but also a financial challenge. Many friends and family have asked what they can do to help Shelley, Mikes wife of 42 years, in her time of need. Since she is self employed and unable to afford the expenses, Nick, a close family friend, wanted to start a fund to assist her with the medical costs.Some friends and family knew that Mike lived with a rare seizure disorder. For most of his life the condition was controlled and he lived a healthy, normal life. However over the past six months he had three seperate episodes that sent him to the emergency room. Unfortunately even with his history of seizures, the doctors and his family are still unsure what the specific cause of death was. There are still many questions that have been left unanswered. We are asking our loved ones and friends of loved ones to please help contribute anything they can to help relieve some of the medical expenses. Any donation, large or small, to help the Juarez family through this difficult time is valued greatly. We are hoping to raise as much as we can within the next month.
