Update-7/7/23 @ 11am- They are taking Christie off life support around noon or shortly after and don’t expect her to make it through the night. Please be in prayer for her family as they’ve had to make a life altering decision and have peace in knowing that it is now in God’s hands. Christie had Medicare but as far as a supplemental or life insurance policy, there was none. On Monday, July 3rd, Christie Young was found unresponsive in her home. Her daughter, Laura performed CPR until paramedics arrived. She was transported to Huntsville Hospital and is currently in CCU on life support. Her kidneys have begun to fail and the family will soon be faced with making some difficult life decisions. As you can imagine, they are being faced with unexpected medical expenses. My goal is to take as much financial stress off the family so that they can focus on being there for Christie and each other during this difficult time.
