Hi Everyone, In the early morning hours of July 8th, Meghan Fisher suffered a severe stroke. Meghan is a 33 year old personal trainer, but more than that, she is a beloved wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Meghan is a true miracle & her road to recovery has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. As friends & colleagues of Meghan’s, we want to do everything we can to help Meghan, and we know that others do too. Medical bills are mounting, and even with appropriate coverage, the insurance company has already started denying portions of her claims. Everyone’s main focus is ensuring Meghan gets the best possible care that she can — and one of those is going directly from the hospital to an acute physical therapy rehab center for which insurance has denied coverage. Meghan’s recovery will be a long one, and there will be many more obstacles that she and her husband, Adam, and their families will have to face.
