Dolf werkt heel hard aan zijn herstel, maar is nog niet sterk genoeg om naar huis (Seram/Morekau) te kunnen gaan. Hij verblijft nog steeds in een hotel in Ambon. De kosten zijn inmiddels opgelopen tot ruim over de 15.000 euro, maar met de hulp van familie, vrienden en de LFEBridge hebben we alle reeds gemaakte kosten kunnen betalen en kunnen we hem ontzorgen tijdens zijn verblijf in Ambon. We bekijken de situatie stap voor stap, maar....so far so good. HARTELIJK DANK voor uw support! Hi, my name is Charlotte, I write to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My beloved older brother, Dolf Gabriel (based in Indonesia), has recently been involved in a relatively minor accident which unfortunately left him with a devastating infection. As I write these words, he lies in a hospital bed, fighting for his life. The accident has left Dolf in critical condition, and the road to recovery seems uncertain and treacherous. The medical costs associated with his treatment are staggering, far beyond what our family can bear alone. In this desperate hour, we turn to the generosity and compassion of those who may be able to lend a helping hand. Dolf is a kind, funny and loving individual with dreams and aspirations, especially for his young 5 months old daughter, that now hang in the balance. His passion for life and his unwavering kindness have touched the hearts of everyone who knows him. He has always been there for others, especially for the villagers of Morekau and now it is our turn to rally around him and offer our support. The funds we raise through this LFEBridge campaign will be used exclusively to cover Dolf's mounting medical expenses, which include emergency surgeries, specialized treatments, medication, and ongoing care.
