I am fundraising for Luis, a long time chess organizer, director, and mentor for many chess enthusiasts in the Dallas/ForWorth area. This summer, he suffered a medical emergency and was in the hospital for awhile. Currently he is in a rehabilitation center near San Antonio. I am asking anyone who knows Luis or are in the larger chess community to contribute towards his medical expenses and help him toward a speedy recovery. All proceeds will go to the Dallas Chess club account to be distributed.
