Hello All, We apologize for the delay in posting, but it has truly been a long journey. Needless to say, there have been a lot of changes. On July 17th, Char a.k.a. Brooklyn underwent a brain surgery called a craniotomy (Craniotomy), where a neurosurgeon cut open the skull and remove a tumor then close it back with a metal titanium plate. We are forever grateful to the medical team who has brought her this far. Char surgery was successful, but she had a few post-op complications, which she is bouncing back from. However, her complete recovery will take some time. Since the surgery, she has come to see that she needs assistance with medical bills, medications, and therapy (Rehab with walking again and speech impairment and other symptoms). A LFEBridge will help her with the overwhelming financial burden of out-of-pocket medical expenses that her insurance will not cover, We admit, she was hesitant at first about letting us ( family and friends) create this LFEBridge for her, but this has been a very humbling experience. Your contributions will be a beacon of hope, guiding Char through this challenging phase and assisting her as she strive to return to a semblance of normal life. We would like to thank everyone who has helped, as well as those who have reached out, and as well as those who would like to help throughout this troubling time.
