Hi friends and family of Mark And Barbara Rossoll. This is their Daughter Sarah. My parents moved to Baja about a year and a half ago. Since then my father has had 3 catastrophic events including heart failure needing a pace maker and a gastrointestinal infection. On Friday evening while returning home from picking up dinner he was run off the road in his buggy. He flipped and landed on the roof. He suffered a facial contusion and fractured his spine. Being out of the country cause insurance difficulties and delays and the financial burden has been great for them. if you have the means to help them we would be so grateful.
