Él fue abandonado por su madre biológica a los tres meses de edad, después de que se le diagnosticara Meningitis.Desde entonces Diego vive con Lourdes la mujer que lo ha creado y dado su vida por él, su ángel.Diego sufre de convulsiones debido a la meningitis así que Lourdes se ve en la necesidad de pedir dinero por las calles de Kino para poder a completar para la medicina de Diego, medicamento vital para la vida Diego, como vital es su alimento que también es especial, su cuidado médico y todo esto Lourdes lo provee pidiendo en las calles como ya lo mencione anteriormente.Pero Diego también necesita un lugar donde vivir más seguro, donde en tiempo de calor no sufra tanto calor y en tiempo de frio pueda estar calientito, esto Lourdes no se lo puede dar pues no puede trabajar porque hay que cuidar a Diego 24/7.
