Thanks :)As everyone does, we dream of that one person who we will share our lives with. Tell all our secrets, share every thought, emotion and idea with. It wouldn't be human if we did not yearn for those things. Two and a half years ago I found it. It has been amazing. Finding that one person whos soul is equal to yours. So, I am setting out to see if I can find a way to fund a dream of hers and mine. I want to get my bride a VW bus and give it to her on our wedding day! It is her dream ride. My goal is to get it running to be able to drive it to the wedding next June. I want to be able to have it there for pictures. I am looking for one that needs work. I plan to rebuild the motor myself and paint it her favorite color. So I thought it'd be cool to put together what pennies I could amidst all this wedding planning and buy one for her. What it represents is so much more than just the bus itself, but the passion we share for life together. I have to keep this all a secret for 8 months and I have no clue how thats going to happen because we both talk about owning one almost every day. By the way, my name is Justin. I am a 32 year old transplant from California to Arizona. I'm the son of a former Marine and LA County Deputy Sheriff and the mail lady! My mom and dad moved us to Arizona 18 years ago and I never left. Rewind two and half years ago. I was single and basically dating my dog. She is the sweetest Golden Retriever ever though. In fact she is one of the flower girls!For those of you who do not know us, Brit and I met on Tinder! No worries, it was before Tinder became "fling central" and started charging to swipe. That makes us feel pretty old. This was before it was cool to swipe everything you saw as fast as you can. Anyway, Brit saw a pic on my profile of my dog and she was sold! I'm pretty sure she still loves my dog more than me, haha. Just kidding! After chatting for a couple days, we met for some frozen yogurt and well.. we are getting married. I love our story because our story is ours. The idea of a LFEBridge account came up and it seemed crazy, but I thought I'd give it a go! I know how many millions of people are far less fortunate than us and deserve so much. However, the idea that people from all over the world, whom we dont even know, could be apart of something so special to just Brit and I, blew my mind. We are just two fish in a sea of millions. The LFEBridge concept is so inspriational to help people in need. I like to believe that people are still good these days. People mean well and there are still people that appreciate the gift of help. If we dont receive a dime from this, we will still live happily ever after. In fact, I have no expecation anyone will even read this. But if you do, I hope that my goal to bring joy to my love's life will even just inspire you to bring joy to someone elses life as well.If I do reach my goal I want to donate my time to a local charity/volunteer organization!
