My wife Irish served them untiringly. Those kids are now grown up and have bright futures. Moreover, they learned about Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. She has a compassionate heart for the needy one. It's her prayer to serve others always till she exists. God has blessed us with four kids, three daughters and a son. At present I serve one of the pastors in Grace Nepali Church in Sterling Virginia near Washington DC . Over time, her liver function has progressively deteriorated, leading to a multitude of complications. With each passing day, her condition becomes more critical and has severely impacted her quality of life. has been diagnosed with end-stage liver cirrhosis, a condition that has relentlessly attacked her liver's functioning. Her health has deteriorated significantly, and her doctors have determined that a transplant is the only viable option to save her life. Time is of the essence, as her condition is critical, and without this life-saving procedure, her prognosis is grim. The financial burden associated with her illness has been overwhelming. The costs of medical consultations, laboratory tests, medications, hospitalizations, and the potential need for a liver transplant are straining our family's resources. As the sole breadwinner, I am struggling to meet these mounting expenses while caring for my wife and our family. The total cost of the transplant procedure and post-operative care is estimated to be $60,000, an amount that we cannot manage alone. We kindly request your assistance to give her a fighting chance at life.
