In 2018, we did a fundraiser for Lisa Anderson as she was newly diagnosed with a rare form of peritoneal mesothelioma. Since then, she's fought the disease successfully with a great team of medical advisors and God's grace. Now, Lisa is facing a new challenge - the reoccurrence of cancer in an isolated area of her body. Since May 2024, she's been seeking a diagnosis and solutions from experts at MD Anderson and Johns Hopkins. Her diagnosis was confirmed in July. Friends of Lisa are hosting a pickleball tournament in August. Folks have asked how to help Lisa - this page is an opportunity to contribute whether or not you're able to play in the tournament. Lisa appreciates your prayers and contributions. The funds will be used for medical expenses and travel to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD for treatment.
