Hi, I’m Kat. One of our very close friends in the tattoo community, Janice Havron, was diagnosed with cancer. She is going to need chemotherapy, radiation, rest and lots of support. We are raising money to help with medical and other bills while they focus on her care and recovery. If you know Janice, you know she is the sweetest, most caring woman. Janice and her husband, Shawn Havron, have been in the area for many years and have touched a lot of people, either by tattoo or by a simple kindness. Thank you so much for kindness. **Update*** 9/15/23 This is from Shawn. Hey everyone this will be a lil long. I first off wanna say how grateful we are between all of the donations prayers and just daily texts and messages. It means more than you could know. Janice is my absolute everything, the air that I breathe. She has been with me for 22 years that’s almost half my life. I have more memories of her in it than not. She is my best friend. Yesterday, we got the news that the cancer has spread to her liver and lungs. we have started hospice as of yesterday so there will be no more pain or suffering. Not sure how much time we have left but because of you all I am able to spend all of it with her. So continue prayers, we love you all. I will keep everyone updated. Life is too short, unfair and I feel like myself and the rest of the world are just being robbed right now. It’s definitely gonna be a darker place without her in it.
