This Go Fund Me is to help our beloved Ricardo Santos (also known as the owner of J Zapata Mexican Food Truck) to be granted his legal immigration status. He has been working to be compliant with his legal status for 6 years. Throughout the process his lawyer obtained a pardon and a waiver. Unfortunately, when he went to his interview in Juarez, Mexico he was not granted the legal status and needs legal representation. Now, Mr. Santos has been mandated to wait 10 YEARS in Mexico in order to obtain a legal status. RICARDO ANTELMO SANTOS GATICA fell victim to a lawyer who did not know the law well enough to present his case, and is now stranded due to negligence of this inept legal adviser . Please help to bring him back to his family. Mr. Santos has been in the United States for more than 35 years and has provided and worked very hard for his business and family. He has been a compliant tax payer including paying taxes as an individual and for his business. Mr. Santos has 7 children whom are U.S. Citizens and do not depend on public assistance. Ricardo Santos is desperate to come back home to his wife and twin girls who will soon be two years old.
