Hello everyone, Jonathan here. On May 6th I was rear-ended on my motorcycle by a distracted driver. The accident resulted in a dual compound fracture of my tibia and fibula along with a crushed ankle. I'm dealing with a soft tissue and bone infection with 4 surgeries to date. I had yet another surgery on Monday, August 21st. This surgery was to remove the hardware (plates and screws) that were put in originally. I am battling this infection in hopes to avoid amputation. So Monday, October 23rd, I had surgery number 5. The orthopedic surgeon cleaned up the inside of my leg and took cultures. My plastic surgeon was able to pull my skin together and get my leg sealed up. Hopefully this will avoid a skin graft. There will be many more procedures in the future. If all goes as planned amputation will be avoided in an 8 to 12 month recovery period. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN, thank you ✌️ DONATE/SHARE/REPOST ❤️ Positive energy and excellent vibes I've fought the fight, the MRSA has come back and I'm going to amputate on Monday November 20th
