It was a normal, happy day until we received horrible news that no one would have expected to hear. Our Aunt, Rhonele Laurente, was diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS), a rare cancer. It hurt to see her in such pain every day. But as each day passed, she grew stronger and stronger.One year later, God has answered our prayers! After a long and painful journey, she's finally cancer-free! We are grateful to have family and loved ones that care for her and support her.Unfortunately, she is now faced with another challenge. She broke her back with a total of six fractures due to her fragile bones from the chemotherapy. Everyday she faces many struggles, but her husband, Brian, helps her get through each day with a little more ease.We kindly ask you to donate to help pay for medical expenses and other things that we would need to help make it a speedy recovery.
