Hello family & friends, I am excited to share with you this great opportunity I have been presented to go on my very first mission trip! Mission is something that has always been in my heart/mind as something I would “someday” do so to see this happening is truly a blessing for me. I am looking forward to preaching, praying and most of all sharing the love of Christ with everyone I encounter during this mission. I am excited to meet the children of the orphanage and be able to spend the holidays with them, I can already imagine their faces light up as we celebrate Christmas together with gifts, music and laughter. Most of all I am praying that these children, men and women will encounter the love of the Father through me and my team. From December 13th-29th I will be traveling to East Africa in partnership with Blessed International Revival Center led by Pastor Paul Mun. So far there is a group of 15 of us from my Church (Iglesia Cristiana Nueva Vida) going on this trip and most of the group are young people which fills me with great joy. I want to invite you to partner with us as we continue our planning and preparation. The first way you can partner with us is through prayer. Your prayers will encourage and strengthen me and the team for the work ahead. The second way you can partner with us is to support us financially. I have always been encouraged by the number of people that genuinely desire to sow into the work that advances God’s kingdom. Many of the projects, causes, and ministries in the nations would not be able to take place without those who generously support them through finances. We are sent out as missionaries and extend the invitation to you to participate in sowing in the kingdom of God I depend on and trust in my heavenly father to go on this trip and will continue to believe that he will open the door for me to go. I need to cover my expenses such as international airfare (about $1200-$2000), costs of vaccinations/ visas, food & housing (about $1400) Anything extra will go towards the orphanage, famine relief in Turkana, soccer tournament or other needs in the nations that come up. All donations will be recorded and once the mission is completed a report will be sent to you about how your donation was used. ~Acts 20:35~
