When we spoke about opening Pavillon Snack Bar, I envisioned a place for everybody. A safe space for people from all walks of life. A place to enjoy great food, delicious coffee and a welcoming ambiance. This is how I was raised by my family and in my restaurantation career. We wanted a space where people could read, write, work, dine, caffeinate, dream and grow as human beings. Pavillon Snack Bar is a representation of who we are as human beings. Inclusive, kind and compassionate. We want Pavillon Snack Bar to be a part of Verdun. We are now trying to keep Pavillon alive after 2 1/2 years of covid and numerous closures due to the labour shortage. We are simply trying to keep the dream alive. One day at a time. Thank you for your generosity. These funds will help keep our restaurant ope until we can find staff to work the kitchen again.
