Mother, Nana, daughter, sister, friend, child of God… beloved. Karen Louise Follis was all of these things and so much more. It doesn’t seem there is a proper way to remember someone who lived life in as big of a way as she did… with her whole, entire heart. She was selfless in the way she lived her life, from beginning to end. From the time she was a child, Karen was meant to be a mother in the way she nurtured her siblings. On her journey of life that took so many twists and turns, that nurturing never ended… not for a moment. She was blessed and was a blessing to five beautiful children and nine grandchildren and one more on the way. If you had the extreme honor to feel a part of her love and friendship in your life, you will feel it in your heart forever. She is now in Heaven with her beloved mother and dancing with her Heavenly Father. We should all feel so fortunate to have such a beautiful angel looking down on us and continuing to guide us in our lives as she always did here on Earth. Karen is giving hugs, bragging about her grandbabies and cracking jokes with the angels. She is no longer sick and she is no longer in pain. She is whole and healthy again and will be a part of the rainbows you see in the sky and the beams of sunlight touching the ground from above. What an honor to have known her...
