When most people think of Justin Hankins they think of horses, a fun loving guy, and great friend but what some do not know is he has been fighting a tough battle for the past 16 years with Crohns disease. This has been an on going thing throughout this time going through several surgeries , treatments, and medications. On November 2nd Justin will be undergoing his 12th surgery in 16 years. This will be a major surgery to reconstruct part of his digestive system and remove a large amount of scar tissue that is now causing a blockage in his intestines. This will be a very invasive surgery and will require one to two weeks in the hospital and a very extensive recovery time. We are asking for everyone in his circle to come together and assist Justin at this time. He will be unable to work for a long period of time which will put him in financial distress. Justin will also be loosing a part of his insurance as of the first part of November which will entail him loosing his prescription coverage and post operative medications will be very costly. This surgery will be a positive thing for Justin but we are asking everyone to come together and help him at this time. As we all know bills do not stop coming in and aftercare and medications can be very costly so if everyone can pull together and assist him this will take a lot of stress off of his plate so he can have a great recovery! Those who can not make monetary contributions he has asked for thoughts and prayers as well! This surgery will take place on November 2nd at Phoebe Putney hospital in Albany Ga. We would like to thank everyone in advance for supporting our friend in this difficult time!
