Hi, my name is Michelle Meadoux and I'm fundraising for my husband Chris Meadoux. My husband; Chris Meadoux is from New Orleans,Louisiana and was wrongfully convicted of murder in San Antonio, Tx. Back In 2007. We have been fighting for a chance to prove his innocence for 16 years. My husband has been incarcerated for a crime he did not commit! The state of Texas has robbed him of his youth, and much of his life’s potential. All while there is overwhelming evidence of his innocence. The head detective in this case Thomas Matjecka has a history of corruption and fabrication of evidence. My husband and I, and our family and friends have been working together to bring Chris home. We need help getting my husband out of prison on a wrongful conviction. The police used fabricated evidence to convict a 16-year-old kid who happened to be at the wrong place and time. The police framed my husband in several ways. The police had him as a target, thereby not investigating other possible scenarios. The police planted GSR on his clothing and a rifle in his house, because they was no evidence to convict him after he was targeted. While my husband gave his statement at the homicide office. The police collected DNA evidence but did not test it, which would have proven that one of the victims had defensive wounds. The police did not notice the lack of blood spatter around the victims, AND the police did not see "passive" blood stains around the victims' bodies, indicative of someone bleeding over them. This shows that my husband is innocent and now we need your help. We need to collect $50,000 for forensic experts and DNA tests. Any contributions will be gratefully accepted, for those who can not afford to contribute sharing our story will be just as good. Any amount you can give, no matter how small, will go a long way.God Bless and thank you all for your support. Please consider donating today. We all have a responsibility to ensure that justice is served, and part of that responsibility is supporting those who have been wronged by the system. Thank you for your consideration and generosity. Sincerely, The Meadoux Family.
