On Fourth of July night, My little brother Julian was involved in a traumatic Roll Over accident at Bender and Pangborn in Lynden where he was trapped in the vehicle for over an hour and had to be airlifted to St Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. His smart watch that I bought him for his birthday two months ago was the reason that first responders got the call as fast as they did, the watch automatically called 911 when he crashed, and I am so grateful for that watch, and the wonderful first responders on scene that took good care of my little brother. He has been in the hospital ever since, and was initially admitted with internal bleeding in the abdomen, broken femur, leg, clavicle, trauma to his ear, face, everywhere. Me and my parents are taking very abrupt time off work to be with my brother during this nightmare, my parents and I all work full time jobs, some of us work multiple jobs including private contracting jobs, etc, and this abrupt stop in income will be devastating for the family and for Julian’s anticipated recovery. Usually I only share other LFEBridge’s on my news page "Bellingham Metro News", for other people in our community and never imagined I’d be making one for my little brother, but this has truly been a Nightmare.
