We are reaching out for your prayers & financial support.  Joe "Butch" Bingham (73) a life long resident and boat builder of Marquette, was diagnosed with Amyothrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) alias - Lou Gehrig's or Motor Neuron disease in 2014.  ALS is a progressive Nervous System Disorder.  It gradually destroys the nerves responsible for muscle movement.  Overtime - total paralysis of muscle movement, including respiration occurs.  Joe is currently confined to a wheelchair and breathing machine.  The cause of this disease is unknown, but it appears that genes may play a role in a number of cases.  Also, research has shown that there may be a reduced response to cell stress, as well as toxicity, related to certain protein build up in the brain.  Joe has an opportunity to attend a Cell Stem Research Clinic in Baja, Mexico, where they can provide the necessary treatments to give him a better quality of life, but he needs your help.  The treatment he needs requires several weeks of hospital care, lodging, and travel expenses.  His insurance carrier does not cover medical expenses outside the USA. Please help Joe by keep him in your prayers and sending a "tax free" donation.  His loved ones are reaching out for your help.  God Bless you all.
