We (Heather, Laura & Angie) are the daughter's of Jesse & Martha Pruitt and we have come asking for help.  On July 23, 2015 our precious mom Martha died at Shepherd's Cove in Albertville, Alabama after 37 years of uncontrolled diabetes, 7 heart attacks, and 3 stents in her heart.  Because of her health issues it took everything that she and our dad made for them just to survive.  We girls tried to help as much as possible but with families of our own, it was very hard at times.  Our dad drove a truck for over 40 years over the road and had kept a life insurance policy of $500,000 on himself in case something should happen to him as he worked and traveled but as our mom's health began to decline he had to come off the road to help with her and therefore their income was cut severly.  As our mom's health continued to spiral downward our dad had to let his life insurance policy laps in order to help buy our mom's increased medication.  On July 23, 2015 our beautiful mother passed away.  We all took her passing very hard especially our dad, as they had been married for 47 years. We all tried to move on the best we could after her death and started trying to find some kind of normalcy in our lives again.  Little did we know that normalcy was something that we would not find.  After our mom's death, dad started trying to shop for life insurance for himself but really didn't have the heart to follow through with it.  He finally decided on October 8, 2015 that he would take out a life insurance policy on himself in which would not pay out until it had been in affect for 2 years.  On October 25, 2015 exactly 17 days after taking out his life insurance policy, the Lord called him home.  Since mom's death he had focused more than ever on trying to help others and make others laugh.  He tried to make everyone he came in contact with feel liked and that they belonged.  Now this is where we need your help.  We don't have the resources or funds to pay for his funeral.  We are asking each of you to pray and consider our need and to help us by donating any amount possible so that we may be pay for his funeral.  We are in need of the money for his funeral ASAP.  We would never ask for help unless it was a true necessity.  Please, if you can find it in your heart to help, please do so.  We will be more than grateful for any help that we can get with these expenses.  God bless you for taking the time to read our story and for helping us in our time of need.
