Ok, Scottsburg. I’ve seen you rally together for some amazing causes and blow it out of the water each time. It’s time to come together as a community once again and support Jeff, Misty, and Eli. They will be traveling back and forth to Chicago for Jeff to receive the treatment he needs. Naturally, this will incur a lot of financial demand. No one battling cancer should have to think about the added expenses! Let’s take care of our brother in Christ. Heres the background on Jeff’s story: So after the ultrasound scope and results from my CT SCAN today I got even worse news!!! Not only is the cancer in my esophagus, but it's in my lymph nodes close to my kidney, stomach, liver area as well as the lymph nodes around my heart area. Possibly in the adrenal glands also. THIS IS BAD TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! I will be meeting with an Oncologist in the coming days to figure out treatment. I know it will be extensive but that's all I know. Admittedly, I CAN SAY IM SCARED WORSE THEN WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS DIABETIC!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR Elijah Moffatt, Misty Morris, and I as this journey isn't going to be easy. I'm 40 and I'm not ready for this but I won't stop the good fight until I have no way out!!! I believe in God and Prayer so please Lord have my back on this one!!!! They say everything happens for a reason......Hard to see the reason at the moment but Im also looking for it and not dwelling in the moment. Days will be emotional in the near future. I'm a fighter and will give it my all thats forsure. Sending love to all that really care deep down!!! You all mean the world to me!!!
