I’m writing this on behalf of James Natoli and his family. To know James is to love him! He is the traditional family man who always puts the needs of his fiancee and three young children above his own to provide the best life for them he can. James being the primary financial provider for his family has taken on two jobs working from morning to night most days of the week while still spending time being active with his family, from coaching his stepson’s basketball team, practicing soccer with his daughter and chasing around his nearly two year old son. On July 17th, James was on the way home from his second job when he had a medical emergency that resulted in a serious collision. Local residents who were on the scene found James seizing, unresponsive, and not breathing. They provided him life saving assistance until paramedics arrived. Due to James injuries and unresponsive state he was airlifted to the local trauma hospital where it was found that amongst James injuries, the most serious were a broken C7 vertebrae as well as a serious laceration to his hand, nearly detaching his thumb. Thankfully James woke but spent the following days in the hospital having a multitude of tests to determine the possible need for surgery and the best treatment plan. James is in stable condition at this time however has a long road of recovery ahead of him, including continued medical appointments, scans and procedures. James is thankful to be alive and able to return to his family. This is where I ask you to help James if you can because he would never ask himself. Unfortunately due to needing all of the income he was able to make to survive in these increased financial times, he was not able to afford health insurance. James will have an unimaginable amount of out of pocket medical bills from the medivac flight and the initial hospitalization as well as the planned continued treatment. It is anticipated by the doctors James will be out of work for months while recovering leaving his family in financial need including the family car that was totaled down to the children’s car seats in the back. This is a time we can take some stress off of a truly good person. Any donation is appreciated. Thank you greatly for your time and support helping James and his family while trying to recover.
