On August 2nd, 2024 Jake Brown was involved in a severe motorcycle accident and life flighted to the hospital. Jake has a traumatic brain injury called Diffuse Axonal Injury (DAI). Jake also has edema in brain, brain bleeds, a skull fracture, broken wrists and forearms which he had surgery on, a fracture in his spine, pelvic fracture, a lacerated liver, and lacerated lungs. Jake is still currently in a coma. Jake has a very long road with no guaranteed outcome as the spectrum with DAI’s are huge. He could make lots of progress, but may never get better. We are praying for best case scenario. Jakes family is so extremely appreciative for the outpouring of support and prayers for Jake.
