Hi my name is Gerardo Guillermo and I am fund raising for my son Jacob Guillermo. When he was 5 life took an unexpected turn and he was diagnosed with leukemia which also turned into Philadelphia chrome positive. Through extensive treatment and medication and therapy he was able to over come this and be in remission for several years now in which he was able to have a normal life which saw him recieve his own blessing a beautiful little boy of his own which just turned 1 this july. Life has now taken another unexpected turn in which his cancer has returned and is very aggressive during this time. He is currently admitted in the hospital and we are looking for a new treatment and possible bone marrow transplant. If this reaches you and you are able to give thank you.
