"Life can change from one second to the next. In the difficult moments; ones will power is constantly being put to the test" In the month of May 2024 my brother's life was changed forever. A simple standard test turned into the worst news we could have received. Stage 4 Colon and Liver Cancer. On the 7th of June hopes were set high for removal of the largest tumor and an action plan for Chemo and radiation to handle the rest. Again, my brother and his wife received the news that the tumor could not be removed due to it attaching to the pelvic wall and was much too risky. On this day he was giving the only option available to FIGHT like never before. Chemo and radiation are the only hopes to shrink the tumor and beat the beast we all know as Cancer. My brother is in positive mind and spirit. Many times, he has stated to me "It’s already beat" "It will not defeat me" and "I will fight like hell". He does not want to ask for help as he is the one everyone went to for support as the "Big Brother". He has an amazing wife right by his side and they have the most beautiful baby girl. I am asking any amount to help this family as the treatment starts and his disability from work at 40% is just simply not enough to maintain the house and their basic needs. Please, if you are able to help this amazing family, we are so grateful and if you are not able to help then a simple share and prayer is also greatly appreciated. To my big brother from your annoying little sister - "You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it" I love you so much.
