Dear Friends and Family, As many of you know, the beautiful and bright-eyed Isabella Rena` Meynig has been the shining star in our lives since the tragic passing of my sister Kimberly five years ago. Kimberly's selfless act of adopting Isabella, a child born into an unthinkable situation and subsequently providing her with unconditional love and care, is a story that will forever echo in our hearts. Izzy came into this world in an abandoned house, born to a mother battling addiction. She was initially diagnosed with failure to thrive - a stark contrast to the radiant, creative and joyful young girl many of you have come to know and adore. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to have a stable, loving home and this belief propelled my sister Brooke, her devoted husband Donald and their beautiful daughter Monica to step forward. They chose to open their hearts and home to Isabella, promising to provide the love, care and opportunities she needed to blossom. The adoption process, however, has been arduous and costly, already amounting to thousands of dollars. But with every dollar spent, every pile of paperwork, we've seen an incredible transformation in Isabella. From her early years in special education to now being a shining star in her class, her progress has been nothing short of miraculous. Brooke and Donald's unwavering commitment to Isabella's well-being has allowed her to flourish in ways we could only have dreamed of.
