My name is Miguel Ponce, on May 30th I was unexpectedly laid off from work. From that point forward I kept myself occupied doing Uber eats even joining a soccer league with kickoff FC. On June 13th I went to my 3rd pick up game at Grover Cleveland playground where I unfortunately was injured, I took a bad hit that caused my AC joint to separate tearing my ligaments on my right shoulder. I was scheduled for shoulder reconstruction surgery which took place this past Tuesday, but recovery from this injury will take an additional 4-6 months with a lot of physical therapy involved. Up until recently, I was the sole provider for my family of 4 and today, I am asking for help. Anything you can provide will help me cover my outstanding bills and future expenses. Thank you so much.
