Update 11/26/2024: Hello friends and family of Holly! I just wanted to update everyone on how Holly is doing. A month or so ago, it was suggested by her doctors that she should stop working to save her energy. She is hoping to return to work sometime in the spring. Tomorrow is her last chemo treatment and then she starts PT to rebuild her motor skills and strength! She has a full body scan after the first of the year to determine the effectiveness of the chemo. There are some spots on her lungs that they are hopeful have been taken care of as well. Until then, she continues to embrace life fully each day being thankful for her blessings, diving into creativity, and spending time with her loved ones! Please continue to keep Holly in your thoughts and prayers and reach out when you're able! In addition, if you're able to give monetarily that would be another blessing that would ease Holly's journey through this time! ______________________________________________________________________________ Hello friends and family of our dear Holly. As most of you know, Holly has recently been diagnosed with uterine cancer. She began chemotherapy on July 31, 2024. She will have 6 rounds of chemo over the next several months. With this diagnosis comes so much uncertainty for both Holly and Kennedy. Holly will most likely have several days of not feeling well and will need time off from work. She has no PTO. In addition, Kennedy will likely need to take time off of work as well to help care for Holly. So much of their immediate future is unknown. Relieving Holly of some financial burden can only help her healing and prognosis. Please consider helping where you can, no matter the amount. Holly would like to share that while she welcomes people reaching out to her, there may be times when she cannot respond. She will also be trying to limit her exposure to others to protect her immune system.
