Hi, my name is Nadine and I am fundraising for my loving, caring and very supportive Dad - Jeremiah Isaacs. He has been suffering extreme pains in his hips and back for some time now, but his cancer treatment took priority. Now he has completed his cancer treatment, we can move to get these surgeries done. The surgeries will be done 6 months apart and the proposed procedure is "Total Arthroplasty" for both the right and left hip.
