Thank you very much for taking the time to look into our story. We are a group of 17 5th graders from a small town in eastern Missouri that have grown up together playing the sport that we all love. For those that know us they understand that we are much more than a youth football team, we are a family, brothers, we are bulit on the love of the game and rooted in our love for this team. We have had plenty of success but the road was not always an easy one. We started out just like many youth programs in the county winning some and losing some. Struggling to find our identity and slowly learning to put our brothers before ourselves. Once we realized that this game was more about effort and dedication than it is about winning and individual accomplishments we bagan to have tremendous success. We have now won back to back league Championships and have won several local tournaments over the past few years. We love compition and love playing as a team in the toughest of circumstances. Looking for tough competition, we recently switched to different league were we would be competing against teams that have several kids on them that are from multiple large school districts. We are just a group of small town boys that play hard for eachother and that formula despite all odds has continued to serve us well as we go into the final game of the season in first place and undefeated. We have now won 31 straight regular season, post season, and tournament games dating back to 2012. Our goal is to go and play the best 5th grade teams in the country and to represent our hometown by competing in the BIG TEX National Youth Football Championships in Denton Texas on December 4-6 of 2015. We ony have one more full season together before we enter school ball and we would love to have this chance to compete with our brothers on this stage. Win or lose we will fight harder than any team out there we will stick together and work together like no other. We are not the biggest team in any tournament nor our we the the most talented. However, we compete selflessly with a passion for this sport and our teammates that is unmatched by anyone.Our team believes in sportsmanship and being a champion on and off the field. We have a team GPA around 3.4 and we have several Student council memebrs including a vice president and charecter council members at our school. We believe very much in eachother and hope that we have the opportunity to compete as a team on a national stage.Thank you very much for your support.
