Hello everybody, thank you for taking the time to support my Go Fund Me campaign to get my new chompers! Long story short: In November 2024 I was hit by an SUV car as it crossed the bike lane to turn into a petrol station. Though I was wearing my helmet, I unfortunately fell on my mouth and shattered my front teeth and severely cut the inside of my lip and chin. From the get go I have undergone surgeries and physiotherapy for my lip and chin, and extensive orthodontic and dental treatment. If I had to guess how many medical appointments I've gone through in the 2.5 years, I'd say upwards of 60... After months of root canal treatment, I underwent orthodontic treatment that essentially pulled my front two teeth downward so that there is tooth for a crown to be secured to. The longest part of the process is done and I am ready for my crowns! This campaign is to help cover my expenses as I'm not in the financial position to afford the cost of multiple procedures at this present time. The money raised will be for the following: - consultations and follow up appointments (dental, surgical and orthodontic).- internal bleaching of front tooth that underwent root canal treatment - crowns on front teeth- frenectomy (bottom lip)- two gum grafts I would like to note that I was never granted compensation for the accident. I'm needing to begin treatment this month (July 2024), so financial assistance to help me through these next phases would be tremendous. Any little bit of money helps. Thank you for your support.
