Hi, my name is KT. I have known I was trans/nonbinary since I was 12 years old. I socially came out beginning in eighth grade and was fully out socially by my junior year of high school. I started T back in December of 2024. The start of HRT has drastically helped me feel more at home in my body, but I still have quite a ways to go. The next step that could drastically change my life is to get top surgery. I am planning on going through Dr. Facque at the Gender Confirmation Center. Unfortunately despite this being a surgery that will heavily enhance my quality of life, boost my self-esteem, and help aid in my depression/dysphoria/dysmorphia - insurance only goes so far. I have surgery costs, travel, aftercare, and medication. Insurance will help slightly with the actual cost of the surgery center, but it still leaves me with a fairly large out of pocket cost. This is a life-changing surgery for me. Please if you can donate anything it would be appreciated, and even if you can't donate if you could share this post it would mean the world to me.
