On Sunday Night, June 25th our dad Jose A. Ramirez was rushed to the hospital. We were told he has a blood clot in his artery causing him to suffer from a Ischemic Stroke. On Monday June 26th our dad was loosing movement of his left side . On the following day Wednesday June 28th was the last time he was able to open his eyes and still physically speak to our Mom, kids ,family members and some close friends. June 29th our dads brain starts to swell at an alarming rate causing him to loose awareness. Later on that Thursday a craniotomy procedure was done to minimize pressure on the brain to achieve a greater chance of survival. After surgery, doctors kept him on a ventilator and a feeding tube through his nose hoping to remove it once he was able to wake up and become alert again which should of been 3 days after surgery if all was well. Now July 4th, he still hasn't woken up. Doctors goals are to preform a Tracheotomy and now put a PEG tube (feeding tube going in through the stomach). This GoFund me is to help out our Mom who cannot work due to disability. The funds will be going towards medical bills and personal home bills to help our Dad & Mom which would be such a tremendous help for them. He deserves it more than anything after many years of working hard and always providing and taking care of his family and in whatever his kids needed. There was nothing he couldn't fix. He was always being the one his kids always ran to for support. He was the rock of our family. Thank you for your support it is truly appreciated. God Bless
