As many of you know, Thaddeus had surgery in January to remove his bladder because of bladder cancer. His recovery has had its up's and down's, and hopefully we are over the roughest parts and onto living our lives in our new normal. There have been some hurdles that have hindered our income. Thaddeus has had to take more time off to recover from some infections and pneumonia recently. I have had some physical issues recently making it impossible for me to work. I aggravated my back and leg while gardening two months ago. I am doing physical therapy a few times a week. My oncologist is keeping an eye on my leg and so far it is soft tissue that needs to be healed. That being said, I am not able to walk very far, the chronic pain is debilitating, and I am dealing with dizzy spells daily. This is why I am reaching out for help. We don't have a buffer right now, and because of recovery from the recent health issues, we don't have much coming in. We need help with paying down utility bills, with medical expenses for Thaddeus's urostomy (some needed things aren't covered by insurance), making sure our car stays in good working condition, and with building a small reserve so that we can breathe a little more easily as the unexpected comes up. Thank you for considering supporting this fundraiser.
