I never thought we’d find ourselves here having to create a go fund me to raise enough money to be able to hire a Midwife to deliver our baby. As many of you know this year was not easy with so many challenges we faced with feeding our son, hiring feeding therapist, and going through some overall health scares/concerns in the family. We got really behind on some bills and are working extra hard to fulfill our obligations here. Thankfully God has been good through all of this and was able to lead us into a new apartment that wasn’t as much of a financial burden as our previous home. He has continued to guide us when we were at the end of our rope. As the birth of our daughter nears (Mary is currently 29 weeks pregnant) we simply haven’t been able to catch up on bills and start to dig at the cost of the midwife. In order to hire her we need to have this amount in by week 36 of Mary’s pregnancy. If we aren’t able to hire a midwife we still need to come up with an amount not too far off hiring a midwife would cost to cover our hospital bill. (Yes…even after insurance) and that’s assuming that nothing extra gets done or added. We are asking close family and friends or anyone who wants to help us out with any amount they can to see if we are able to get our medical expense paid off by week 36. We understand and know that no one is obligated to give us anything and anything we do receive is a gift and blessing so we really hope everyone knows we don’t take this lightly. In praying and asking God to help us have midwife care he has worked on our hearts in terms of humbling us to be able to ask for help when and where it’s needed. This year has been extremely difficult and only a handful really know the trials we’ve had to endure. But Thankfully God continues to show us his faithfulness and has never stopped being good to us. So we are asking this in faith knowing that God can use this. if it’s in your heart to donate any amount or even share this with someone who feels called to give it would be greatly appreciated.
